International Shipping Return and Refund Policy

 

Due to the nature of international shipping and customs procedures, please carefully review the following terms before making a purchase.

 

[Return and Exchange Policy]

 

1. Deadlines for Requests and Returns

1) Request Deadline:

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by photo or video evidence. Requests made after this period may be considered damage incurred during use, making it difficult to process. (help@baenue.com)

 

2) Return Deadline:

The product must be shipped out within 14 days after receiving Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).


2. Cost Responsibility (Shipping Fees & Customs Duties)

1) Change of Mind:

The customer is responsible for round-trip international shipping fees, as well as local customs duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees.

Refund Calculation (Change of Mind): Only the product price will be refunded; round-trip shipping fees are non-refundable. Even for free shipping items, the original round-trip shipping costs incurred by the seller will be deducted from the refund. Local customs duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees are not eligible for a refund from the seller.

 

2) Product Defect / Wrong Item:

If a product defect or incorrect delivery is confirmed, the seller will cover the round-trip shipping fees.

In the case of a return, customers must personally apply for a refund of customs duties and VAT through their local customs office; the seller only refunds the product price.


3. Conditions for Return and Exchange

1) Change of Mind:

The product must be unused, with all tags and protective films intact, showing no signs of use.

The product's condition must be verified through a single, unedited continuous video (one-take video). When returning the item, you must use the original dedicated box and cushioning materials provided at the time of delivery. If damage occurs due to poor packaging, the refund may be partially deducted or fully denied depending on the extent of the damage.

Returns may be restricted for items showing signs of use after installation, exterior damage caused by customer negligence, or Final Sale items.

 

2) Product Defect:

The final determination of a product defect is based on the seller’s (manufacturer’s) inspection standards.

Video evidence meeting the following conditions is required:

- A single, unedited continuous video showing the shipping box with the label attached, along with close-up footage of the damaged area or the malfunctioning state of the product.

- The original dedicated box and cushioning must be used for the return; damage caused by inadequate packaging may result in a partial or full refund denial.

- Defects caused by customer negligence or items purchased on sale may be ineligible for return.


[Refund Policy]

 

1. After RMA approval, the seller will schedule the return shipping, and the product will be collected via a trackable international shipping method according to the provided schedule.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@baelux.com.

2. Any returns sent without the seller’s prior approval may be refused or ineligible for a refund. The seller is not responsible for any issues related to loss or customs clearance for such items.

 

3. Once the product arrives at the warehouse in Korea and the inspection is complete, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
